Patients new and old regularly comment on the friendly atmosphere they experience whenever they visit the FDC. This is understandable, because it is the objective of everyone there to establish a rapport with their patients, enabling them to feel relaxed and reassured, resulting in a positive and even pleasurable dental experience. Mike and his team take time with each patient to listen and discuss his or her needs and expectations, while assuring them of the highest professional standards at all times.

An added advantage of the FDC is its dental lab located across the street which is also owned by Mike. This allows for a greatly reduced turnaround tme for those patients who require dentures and other prosthetic work.

In 2015 Mike received from the BACDT (British Association of Clinical Dental Technicians) the Highly Commended Extra-Mile Award. It is always Mike’s intention, and that of his team, to go the extra mile with every patient. The appreciation for this level of dedication and conscientiousness is reflected in the many cards that adorn the shelves in Mike’s waiting room.

As Kathy laughingly likes to say, “We treat the patient as a whole, not the mouth as a hole!”
