I was a little worried since he is hard of hearing and has dementia. Vivian Chan has a lovely way about her and my concerns were unfounded. I am very self conscious about my teeth. I was greeted in a professional manner by the receptionist. After filling the relevant forms out I went into the dentist surgery. I explained I only needed one filling. After the dentist (a lovely women named Sharon) checked my teeth it turns out I needed 4 filling. Sharon was very pleasant throughout and regularly asked if I was ok or if I needed a break. This was very considerate. I don't usually leave reviews but if you're not a fan of the dentist like me I'd highly recommend this place. Their denture technician is on site. The receptionist was so lovely, extremely helpful and I ended up booking myself and my husband in to their hygienist. They do one off treatments. The experience was so good we have booked further appointments and are seriously considering moving dentists. The hygienist, Sharon, really knows her stuff. And explains things in detail. She had full PPE on and we both felt extremely safe. Due to the pandemic our teeth haven't been able to be looked at by our usual dentist, even now it's emergencies only so when we were able to book into the hygienist here we were over the moon. I went to Mike after recommendation from a friend and I’m so glad that I did. Within a few minutes of the appointment, I had a diagnosis of what was causing my excruciating pain. Within 24 hours, I had a perfectly fitting mouth shield, to stop my jaw from clenching, whilst I sleep. I’ve just woken from my first full nights sleep in almost a week. The pain has massively subsided, from one use!! Mike is a lovely person, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. This is the dental surgery you need!
